This Novena for Healing from Illness may be prayed by those who are sick, by family members praying for a loved one, or by anyone seeking God’s healing grace. It is a prayer of faith and surrender, asking not only for physical healing but also for spiritual strength, peace, and trust in God’s loving will.
Opening Prayer (Pray Each Day)
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Heavenly Father,
You are the source of all life, healing, and hope. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, You revealed Your compassion by healing the sick, comforting the suffering, and giving hope to those who trusted in You.
Today I come before You with confidence and place into Your loving hands my illness (or the illness of __________).
(Mention your intention here.)
If it is according to Your holy will, grant the grace of healing and restoration. If healing comes in another way, grant patience, courage, peace, and unwavering trust in Your loving plan.
May every trial draw me closer to You, strengthen my faith, and remind me that You are always with me.
Through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

Closing Prayer (Pray Each Day)
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for hearing my prayers and for surrounding me with Your unfailing love. I trust that You know my needs better than I know them myself.
Grant me the grace to accept Your holy will with faith, courage, and peace. If it is Your will, restore my health and renew my strength so that I may continue serving You with joy. If You ask me to continue carrying this cross, never allow me to lose hope, but fill me each day with the strength of Your Holy Spirit.
Bless all who are sick, those who care for them, and all who suffer in body, mind, or spirit. Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Health of the Sick, and all the saints, may we always find comfort in Your loving presence.
I ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
